How we work

    If you are buying:
  • By email or by telephone call, we obtain details from you our customer and narrow down the search of what you are truly looking for.
  • We search within all possible inventories including Multi-List & APIVAC´s to meet your specific needs.
  • We send you full detailed profiles with pictures & all the specifications.
  • While you are reviewing properties, we start the paperwork of the Trust or "Fideicomiso".
  • We make a Market study.
  • We present you our findings and give you an opinions of it.
  • Once you decide what properties you want to visit, we set up appointments and take you there.
  • If you decide to buy the property, we will help you out with all the paperwork, including sales, escrow, appraisal agreements.
  • We will walk you through the legal process with the public notary, title insurance, and review the owner´s documentation.

  •      If you are selling :
    • We meet with you at your property, review all documents, take pictures, and place signs.
    • We upload to various our websites, including Multi-List Vallarta so all brokers are aware of your intentions.
    • Once a potential buyer reviews the property profiles, we show your property as many times as required until we find a final buyer.
    • Then we start the process of closing the transaction.
    • Our job ends until all documents are properly signed, keys are delivered, and commissions are paid.
